The Collections online section features a searchable database of selected objects from the Museum of Wimbledon's permanent collection. The museum's curators are continually expanding the selection to include a larger representation of the museum's core holdings as well as selected recent acquisitions.

The artefacts collection can best be summed up as the 'social history' or 'community history' collection.
Most of the books in the museum's collection are 'working tools' to help with enquiries and research.

The majority of the collection of prints, watercolours and drawings in the museum are original works on paper.
